AUMAZO Inc. and AUMAZO France (hereinafter “AUMAZO” or “we“) are concerned with the protection of the privacy of our internet users (hereinafter “visitors” or “you“) and are committed to ensuring the best level of protection over the personal data that you entrust to us.

In the data collection forms on our website (request for information or assistance, contact, donations, etc.) you are informed of the compulsory nature of data collection with a red asterisk. In the absence of information from a mandatory field, AUMAZO will not be able to process your request (the form will not be validated).

4. END-USERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be used by our internal services and authorized persons from AUMAZO, when necessary.

However, your personal data may be communicated to our service providers and/or technical and commercial partners to achieve certain objectives as described above for our account. To this end, it is specified that these persons:

  1. have limited access to your personal data, only for the performance of their services;
  2. have a contractual obligation to use them in accordance with our instructions and within the legal provisions relating to the protection of personal data; and

Payment card data is kept for the time necessary for the transaction and then archived for 13 months for purposes of proof in the event of a dispute with the transaction.

2 years. After this period, you will receive an email asking you to update your data. In all cases, your data will be archived during the periods of applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

13 months then deleted.

6. DATA SECURITY

AUMAZO is concerned about the security of your data. This is the reason why we implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security adapted to the risk incurred.

7. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LEGAL FRAMEWORK

In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, you have the right of access and the right to rectify your data. In certain cases, you have the right to delete, limit processing and the right to data portability. You also have a right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you, and a right to object to your data being used for marketing purposes. In addition, you can define general directives relating to the processing of your personal data and the manner in which you wish your rights to be exercised after your death.
